I'm a physical therapist that has spent my life specializing in the rehabilitation of the internal muscles of the abdominals and back. My mission today is to validate your story and offer practical, real-world education to help you understand what I've seen in my 20+ years of clinical practice.
After graduating with a master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of North Dakota in 1997, I started pursuing my dream of helping others. But when, after several pregnancies, I started to suffer severe back pain and a protruding weak core, my journey took on a new focus. Today, as the owner & founder of The Tummy Team, I am dedicated to fully understanding the neuromuscular, postural, and alignment issues that contribute to core weakness and abdominal separation. I have applied these approaches in my clinics and now I developed a way for people to see the same results through online resources.
